Our Healthy Lifestyle and Weight Loss Program is one of the most sought-after programs, known for its high success rate in achieving healthier lifestyle habits and long-term weight loss. The program can be organized as a half-day or full-day, depending on the needs and capabilities of the client. To achieve the best results, a minimum duration of the program of two weeks is recommended, while the optimal duration is three weeks, which allows for effective changes in habits and health.
Healthy Lifestyle and Weight Loss Program Protocol
- Examination by a specialist internist-cardiologist with ECG - a basic examination to assess the health of the heart and circulatory system.
- Seca mBCA 515 medical body composition analysis - an analysis that provides detailed information about the proportion of fat, muscle, water and other important indicators in the body.
- Examination by a specialist physiatrist – assessment of the physical condition of the body, with an emphasis on the possibilities of physical activity and possible limiting factors.
- Measurements – regular measurements of physical parameters to monitor progress.
- Testing with a psychologist – assessment of psychological state and motivation in order to create mental support and an individualized plan.
- 4–6 different treatments adapted to age and health status – treatments are designed to support weight loss and improve overall health.
- Targeted exercises with a physiotherapist – exercises aimed at strengthening the body, adapted to the client’s physical condition.
- Customized physical activity with a kinesiologist – a physical activity specialist creates a program tailored to individual needs and capabilities.
